School’s out… and while that might mean lie-ins and no homework, it also brings six whole weeks to fill with fun! Feeling a bit daunted by the endless free time? Don’t worry. We’ve put together a handy summer activities guide to help keep kids entertained and inspired with First News all summer long.

Words can make people laugh, think, or feel inspired and we want to hear how you use them! Write a poem about the power of words and you could win Amazon vouchers or National Book Tokens.
