First News digital products use an Education ID and product-specific login routes. If you pay by invoice, login details are sent after the invoice has been paid. Contact the Education team if access is needed by a particular date.
Order online by credit or debit card, or request an invoice where available. You can also place an order by telephone. A raised invoice can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or card.
Choose ‘Request an invoice’ during checkout and provide the school and billing details. Invoices are payable within 30 days, and login details are provided after payment. You can add a purchase-order number during checkout if your school uses one.
The minimum term is one year. Two- and three-year subscriptions may also be available.
Yes. Subscriptions renew for another term unless First News receives notice at least 30 days before the current term ends. Introductory and promotional prices normally apply to the first year only.
UK newspapers are dispatched on Wednesday and expected by Friday. Contact First News if they have not arrived by Tuesday. International newspapers are dispatched on Thursday and usually arrive within five to seven business days.
Many international schools can subscribe. Online print orders are available for one to 23 copies per week for supported destinations; delivery charges depend on destination and shipment weight. Contact the Education team for larger quantities or unsupported destinations.
Currency conversions are estimates. Orders are billed in pounds sterling.
