Trump shares strange AI video of a future Gaza – 27 February 2025
US President Donald Trump has posted a bizarre AI-generated video of his vision for Gaza on his social media platform, Truth Social.

The clip appears to have been posted beforehand by accounts not linked with the White House
The video shows the war-ravaged area transformed into a sunny, exotic land, full of golden statues and beaches.
There are lots of odd parts to it, such as Trump himself sipping drinks on a sunbed next to Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Tech billionaire Elon Musk, who is part of Trump’s new government, is seen eating on a beach while bearded belly dancers perform on the sand.
The words “Trump Gaza” appear everywhere around the region.
Earlier this month, Trump announced his plan for the end of the war between Israel and Gaza.
He wants the US to take over the Gaza Strip, saying it would “get rid of the destroyed buildings”, and “level it out”.
He has also said that the two million people living in Gaza will be moved to other countries.
Hamas described the plan as “ridiculous and absurd”. A number of other countries, including Egypt and Saudi Arabia, also rejected the proposal.
