Chinese boy has 11 extra fingers and toes!

Chinese boy has 11 extra fingers and toes!

A Boy from China has had an operation to remove 11 extra digits!


Li Jinpeng was born with 15 fingers and 16 toes. He had eight toes on each foot and seven fingers on his left hand, eight on his right.


It took surgeons five hours to remove the extra digits, improving the shape of his hands and feet. He will start rehabilitation in the next few weeks. 


Li’s parents say he is looking forward to being able to fit into a new pair of shoes.

    I don't think it's horrible at all. It isn't the poor kids fault that he was born with all those extra digits. Whoever was saying mean things about him is actually being really unkind. Would you like it if you were born with all those extra toes and fingers? The poor boy boy must have had to suffer so much humiliation and ridicule. It isn't fair to bully him. I'm really glad that he is being helped. I wonder... did he really have no shoes? Poor boy!
