A seven-year-old boy made £150,000 in half an hour by selling his paintings.

Kieron Williamson, from Norfolk, started painting two years ago when he was five years old. To pay for brushes, paper and paints Kieron painted portraits of people’s pets. He has been nicknamed ‘the mini-Monet’ for his impressive landscapes.
Kieron says: “I like painting landscapes here because they’ve got big Norfolk skies and not too many hills or mountains.
Kieron’s paintings were exhibited at the Picturecraft Gallery in Holt, Norfolk, and they sold for as much as £7,995 each. Buyers from as far away as Arizona, USA, snapped up Kieron’s creations. Within half an hour they were sold out and Kieron was £150,000 richer.
Keith Williamson, Kieron’s dad, said: “We were shocked they sold so quickly. He loves his painting but he is also a normal lad who is passionate about football.”
