Woman kept an 'alien' in her fridge for two years

A Russian woman is claiming to have kept a dead alien in her fridge for two years.

Marta Yegorovnam claimed that she found the dead alien two years ago after a UFO crashed near her house in the Russian city of Petrozavodsk.

It's rumoured that the Karelian Research Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences has examined the tiny body to see if it is real.

However, not everyone is convinced that the alien is real: "If aliens were smart enough to travel vast distances between the stars, they’re probably smart enough to avoid being stored in a fridge for two years," astronomer Dr Ian Griffin told the Metro newspaper.
