The News Crew visit Planet Hollywood

This last Sunday, we went to the great restaurant called Planet Hollywood in London’s Theatre land. As it was Halloween, all the waiters and waitresses were all dressed up in fancy dress. The minute we walked through the door we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our table: two very comfortable leather benches. The atmosphere was amazing with moody lighting and a DJ playing non stop funky music.

This Halloween, Planet Hollywood offered face painting to get us into the mood. The food and decorations were fantastic. The service was brilliant and upstairs there was a room known as the British Room which had many big celebrities’ handprints, such as Bruce Willis, Johnny depp, Jackie Chan and many other big names.

The food there was really good, they had a wide array including Asian, American, pastas, pizzas and grilled meats. The burgers there were excellent quality and were delicious. My cheese and bacon burger was the nicest burger I have ever had!

Even the waiters/waitresses got into it as they dressed up in their own costumes; there was the bloody bridesmaid, witches, various monsters and even a skeleton!

You would never get bored there, because of the DJ, the quick service and the intriguing decorations encased in the windows, including the Joker’s gun which was used in the Batman movie, and a machete hunting knife used in an Austin Powers movie.

Overall the planet Hollywood in Haymarket in London is there to enjoy so go check it out and enjoy the atmosphere!
