Rick Perry's disastrous TV appearance

Many people think that Rick Perry has ruined his chances of ever becoming US president, after an embarrassing memory loss on live TV.

Perry has been trying to be nominated as the Republican party's presidential candidate. In a recent live debate with other candidates on TV, Perry claimed that there were three government departments that he would close if he got elected.

However, after a few attempts to remember, Perry had to admit that he couldn't say what the third department was. He then made matters worse by jokingly saying: "Oooops!"
