New ride chops dummies arms off at Thorpe Park
Thorpe Park theme park in Chertsey is gearing up to launch its thrilling new ride Swarm in March, but recent safety tests showed some deadly problems.
Crash test dummies are used to test new roller coasters and many of the dummies used to test Swarm came back missing arms or legs.
The themed ride is set on its own island and comes scarily close to buildings and broken helicopters and planes.
The ride has been modified now and has passed all safety tests.
The ride is due to open in March and is tipped to be the scariest, most extreme ride at the theme park.
