Lindsaye is our Partnership Marketing Director, which means that she works with lots of big companies and the government to get them to help us with lots of exciting campaigns for First News.

She is a mum to Nell (8) and Lily (5) and has a cat called Elsa (like the lion from Born Free) and two guinea pigs called Poppy and Zoe.

Lindsaye is addicted to Frogger but hasn't made it onto the high scores table yet.

When she isn't playing Frogger she likes to make soup. Her favourite flavour is butternut squash. Here is the recipe:

Dice 2 onions, slice 1 garlic clove, and put with a heaped teaspoon of cumin seed into a saucepan with a chunk of butter (about 25g) and a tablespoon of olive oil, stir, put the lid on and leave on a very low heat for 15-20 mins.

At same time cut a butternut squash into chunks (easiest way to peel is to cut the squash into discs and peel each disc first); put on a tablespoon of olive oil and mix around so the pieces are all covered, then roast in a roasting pan in the oven for about 20-30 mins on 180 c

Put the roasted squash in the saucepan, with 850 mls of vegetable stock and couple of tablespoons of crème fraiche (or plain yogourt), then liquidise.

Reheat to serve.  Stores in a covered pot in fridge for 2-3 days.  You can add a chopped red chilli or 2 to the onion and garlic if you like things spicy.
