Kirsty is the most cheerful member of the team, even in the mornings, which is handy as she is the person you will get through to if you phone us. Though once when her son Callum (7) was off school he stepped in and answered each call with ‘Muuuuuummmm, phone call.’

Kirsty has a phobia of pasta. If she makes it for dinner for Callum and Lauren (10) she has to flick it out of the strainer with a knife and slice it in half to see if it is cooked properly. She can’t touch it.

Kirsty’s most treasured possession (apart from her family and her Boxer dog Rosie) is her pair of ruby-red Dorothy shoes. Oh, and she has the best and loudest laugh in the office... if not the whole country!
