Will Blackburn avoid relegation?

Thursday, 5 January 2012

This year is the 20th season of the Premier League, but only once has the team that was bottom at Christmas gone on to avoid relegation.

West Brom were the ones who survived the drop in 2005, but no-one else has managed it. Blackburn were the bottom team at Christmas this season, but they pulled off a sensational 3-2 win against Man Utd over the holiday season, so they seem to have remembered how to win.

So, the question is: can Blackburn avoid relegation to the Championship? Take part in our poll now!
