Comments: I hate light evenings! I think the clocks should stay in Greenwich Mean Time (Winter clock time). Then, the evenings will be dark. For instance, it feels nicer and more cosy when it's dark. Mind you, its easier to drive when its light. Anyway, I say no.

sweetash voted for No on Sunday 27 March 2011

Comments: Everyone would be walking to school in the dark then, and it would stay dark till around 9am. This was tried in scotland one year, years ago, and many, many children got killed due to walking to school in the dark, so I think it is a VERY, VERY BAD IDEA!

Comments: people are used to it how it is, and some people say children will be able to stay out longer but it gets really cold in the winter so people won't go out as much. In the summer it is warm enough to go out in the evenings so the light is ok then.

mermaid01 voted for Yes on Wednesday 23 March 2011

Comments: Children can have more time to play outside, and get more fresh air; making them healthier. It will save the hassle of having to remember to change your clocks. You could be late for a meeting... or you could be early for work on a frosty night and if you walked to work you could walk back (but then you will have to the walk again, even harder if you walked a long distance to challenge yourself) or you could stand their FREEZING #brr...#

Tomasito voted for Yes on Tuesday 22 March 2011

Comments: I think the clocks shouldn't stay forward because even though the time change can affect the lifes of people a lot. For example someone will have to change their working hours so that they don't have to get up too early. But if we do change it we can use less artificial light and be green and we can play outside for longer.

ninimay voted for Yes on Tuesday 22 March 2011

Comments: Children would find it harder to sleep if it was lighter in the evenings. Also i have to get up really early to catch the bus and it will not be very safe or pleasant in the dark

zeggi voted for No on Friday 20 August 2010

Comments: i have o walk a samll way to school in the morning which would not be as enjoyable in the dark. also if evenings were lighter then children would find it harder to go to sleep in an evening so would be generally more tired during the day

redhorse10 voted for No on Friday 20 August 2010

Comments: No, keep it the same. It's stupid and thoughtless to just do that, and it would be dark in the morning when us kids go to school, and if we walk, it will be dark!
