Work has started on the BMX track for the London Olympics.
The 400m track will be constructed from the 14,000m3 of soil that has been transported to the site. The track will eventually be surrounded by 6,000 temporary seats, which will be removed at the end of the Games.
After the Olympics are over, the track will be reworked so that riders of all ages and abilities can give it a go.
