Tom Daley gets wax work
Madame Tussauds has announced that Olympic diver Tom Daley will be making a splash at the world famous London attraction in February 2012.
The figure will be one of the most dramatic to be featured at Madame Tussauds.
It will capture Daley in mid-dive as he soars from the diving board towards the water.
The wax work will stand in a specially created Olympic Aquatic Centre diving pool.
The champion diver will join a host of sporting legends past and present in Madame Tussauds’ newly revamped interactive Sports Zone. As well as fellow Team GB member, Jessica Ennis, Daley will join a cast of greats from past and present – from Mohammed Ali to David Beckham.
