The News Crew meets Tinchy Stryder
Find out what happened when we sent News Crew reporter Rayo Talabi to meet music artist Tinchy Stryder...
I entered a Disney XD mentorship competition to interview Tinchy Stryder, which I found out about by whilst watching the Disney Channel during the holidays.
I was really excited when I received a call informing me that I had been narrowed down to the last twenty. I had to answer a few simple questions about what winning would mean to me and then waited a few days to see if I had made the final three.

On the day I was delighted to meet a member of the First News team – Nic Williams who taught me a few interviewing skills. I had already prepared a list of questions to ask Tinchy.
About half an hour later I was ready to meet Tinchy Styder. At first I was really nervous but as I got to know him he was really down to earth and friendly.
He really put me at ease and answered my questions in great detail. He was genuinely funny and interested in the questions I was asking him.
I was really impressed with him and the fact that he had worked his way up to where he is today. He also has great plans and visions to the way he would like his future to end up.
My interview will be published in First News in the next few weeks. Keep an eye out for it, and for some exclusive video footage of my interview.
