The First News News Crew goes to Walking With Dinosaurs
We sent a News Crew reporter to see Walking With Dinosaurs. This is what happened...
After years of planning, the award-winning BBC TV series, Walking with Dinosaurs has opened a live show.
Model-builders have worked with scientists to create life-sized dinosaurs. The live-action journey through time features some of the most life-like and amazing animatronics you’ve ever seen. From cute baby dinos, to the terrifying roar of the T-Rex, the dinosaurs could have stepped right out of Jurassic Park.
Junior reporter Alex Lacey, 7, went along, he says: “I really enjoyed the show. The dinosaurs looked and sounded very real and the chairs we were sitting on actually shook when the tyrannosaurus rex roared. I learnt lots about plant-eating dinosaurs and meat-eating dinosaurs and how they don’t get on. My favorite dinosaur was the mummy and baby
T-rex because the baby copied his mum roaring at the audience, it was very funny. There was even a dino fight at the end, which was cool. I would definitely recommend going to see this show!”
