The classroom classic
Our class wrote a newspaper called the Classroom Classic to raise money for a trip to camp.
There were lots of different sections of the paper, there was a problem page, poems, interviews with the Head and Deputy Head teachers, book reviews and other articles, like the one Lia wrote about a flooded play park.We had to be good at teamwork and editing other people’s work.
It took us six weeks to make and we sold it for 50 pence per copy. Some people bought a copy and made a donation. In the end, we raised a total of £87.05.
