Suspect arrested over Los Angeles fires
A 24-year-old has been arrested over more than 50 fires started in Los Angeles.
Police have taken a suspect into custody who they believe was responsible for setting more than 50 fires over the weekend.
Police say that the 24-year-old suspect claims to be from Frankfurt, Germany. They are looking into his background to try and see what caused him to start the fires.
LAPD Chief Charlie Becsaid: "I feel very good that we've got the right guy. He had the right stuff in his van, and we are very confident we found our man.''
The arson attacks have caused an estimated $2 million in damages.
