Scuba divers search for victims from capsized cruise ship
POLICE scuba divers are searching the sunken section of the Costa Concordia cruise ship, off the Italian island of Giglio.
The divers are looking for evidence as to what caused the tragedy. They have already searched the captain’s cabin and brought back the safe and documents, which might help to explain what happened.
The captain of the ship, Francesco Schettino, is under house arrest. He has been accused of causing the shipwreck by sailing too close to land and of abandoning the ship before many of his passengers.
Sadly, divers also found another body, which means that at least 13 people were killed in the accident.
Officially,19 passengers are still missing and it is thought to be unlikely they could have survived.
However, it has been claimed that there were some passengers on board who were not officially registered. This would make it difficult to know exactly how many people are still missing.

I blame the captain for being such an idiot. He was showing off and didn't help anybody. He should be locked up!
