  Bullying is a crime. Its a hate crime and the schools should work more closely with the police so that the right authorities can pursue the correct legal paths. If its physical it IS an assault and should be treated as such - schools just don't wanna bother with it.

  It matters how bad the bullying is, if it's staealing things and physically hurting someone then yes, but if it's just calling someone names then no.

  YES of course it should become an official crime bullies deserve evrything they get because they are hurting peoples feelings so much well their victims feelings anyway. So i say yes it should be made a crime definetly yes !!!!!!!!!

  I don't think it should be a CRIME exactly. sending bullies to prison is giveing them orse than nwhat they gave you. REMEMBER, we are only KIDS!

  Well, yes it should, because my primary school did NOTHING about it, so most of the kids came out selfish, nasty and cruel! But, I suppose that's culture for you!

  I personal think that it depends: ON THE AGE OF THE BULLY AND THE VICTIM: If the bully is out of the victims year or age group then more damage is had. IF IT IS SERIOUS BULLING OR JUST A ONE OFF: Some people report bulling and the bully get in real trouble when really it was just a one off pick on for the day whereas sometimes it is real bully and lasting months and the bully just get a quite talking to. There are lots more reasons but other people have covered them to me these are the most important issues when it comes to bully. Overall it depends on what school you go to and if your any good at making friends.

  I got bullided and I hated it but making it a crime might be going to far unless it's serious!
