Secret buyer saves a post office in Derbyshire from closure
The post office in Cromford has been saved after an anonymous buyer and locals raised money to buy it.
The post office was due to close. However, the owner has received an offer from a mystery buyer, as well as a back-up offer from village residents. The villagers managed to raise £150,000 in pledges over two weeks to keep their post office open.
