Scottish polar bear celebrates his 3rd birthday

Walker the polar bear enjoyed his third birthday at the Highland Wildlife Park yesterday

Walker was born in Rhenen Zoo in Holland on 7th December 2008.

He came to live at the Highland Wildlife Park after his sister, Freedom, became pregnant and the zoo wanted to breed his mother again.

Highland Wildlife Park has one of the largest polar bear enclosures world and Walker is the only polar bear in a private collection in the UK.
