Russian pensioner accidentally buys assault rifles instead of firewood
A pensioner who bought some wooden crates for firewood got a surprise when he found that they contained assault rifles.
The crates contained 79 Kalashnikov assault rifles and 253 spare ammunition magazines.
The rifles had been taken from the Defence Ministry to a government-owned plant to be scrapped.
