Newly qualified pilot Prince William is set to be posted to a North Wales army base

A spokesman for the Royal family has announced that Prince William will be posted to an RAF base in Anglesey, North Wales when finishes the last of his pilot exams in September this year.

When Prince William gets to the RAF base he will be a helicopter co-pilot but could eventually be promoted to a helicopter pilot.

As one day Prince William will be the Prince of Wales this move is said to make Welsh people very happy.

Prince William’s younger brother, Prince Harry, was posted to Afghanistan two years ago. Their father Prince Charles the Prince of Wales, went to Afghanistan earlier this year to raise the troops morale.

    My great aunt and uncle live in Wales and although they are English not Welsh they will b very happy!
