POLICE and locals were searching for a missing five-year-old girl as First News went to press.

That is horrid and mean. My friend almost got caught by a strange man. That poor girl, she probably got tricked into thinking it was her friends mum or dad. I cannot believe someone would do that, I'd be devastated if I was her sister or mum. On an extremely sad note, she could be in America for all we know. I wish her to be found safe and well. By the way, very good luck for all those searching for her. HELP FIND APRIL JONES!

I heard that they are charging him with murder. So pathetic and cruel to kill a young girl who did nothing. I hope she is found alive :(

It said on the News that the man killed her :'( The man is being tried for murder-he threw her in a river :(
