Mother fined for playing 'Someone Like You' too loudly

A mother has been fined over £500 for playing Adele's #1 hit Someone Like You too loudly on multiple occasions.

Miss Rose, 29, is the first woman to breach a noise abolition order in the town of Bracknell, Berkshire, by playing Adele's #1 hit Someone Like You too loudly on multiple occasions.

She was warned by the council's environmental health officers to turn down the excessively loud music and was eventually fined. The noisy neighbour was fined a total of £515 through breaking the terms of her caution, court costs and fines.

The mother says the charges were "unfair" and that she was only playing the song for her four year old daughter as it was her favourite. 

Anyone being a nuisance and causing their neighbours distress by means of extreme noise could face a fine of up to £5,000 for each occurrence.

    Interesting article! I suppose that the mother was only being nice to her daughter, and the police were being unfair and unjust!
