Matt Smith set for new season of Doctor Who

Matt Smith is signed up to play the Doctor for the seventh season of Doctor Who.

BBC executive Sam Hodges has confirmed via Twitter that the infamous sci-fi show will be returning for a seventh season and that Matt Smith is signed up to play the Doctor, once again. 

The BBC exec said: "Doctor Who is returning. Fourteen new episodes have been commissioned with Matt Smith as The Doctor."

Doctor Who producer and writer Steven Moffat followed by tweeting: "14 eps + Matt definitely [involved]. I've got a plan and I'm not telling you what it is."

    well... after the last dw they CANT stop it coz its a cliffhanger lol! Have to wait till autumn :( BUT ITS MY BIRTHDAY IN AUTUMN SO YAYYYYYYY CANT WAIT TILL AUTUMN BUT I DONT WANT THE SUMMER HOLS TO END (i no they haven't started yet but hey :))
