Mark Selby sets new snooker record

Mark Selby has set a new record during his World Snooker Championship match against Stephen Hendry.

During the two players’ second round tie, Selby became the first player to score six centuries in a world championship match. He racked up breaks of 125, 108, 129, 100, 127 and 117, but just missed out on a seventh when he reached 98. To prove that he was on sparkling form, Selby also came back from needing four snookers to win the final frame of a bad session for Hendry.
