Man survives two months trapped in car

A Swedish man has been found after being stuck in his snow-covered car for two months!

Snowmobilers found the car at the end of a forest track in northern Sweden. At first they thought it had been dumped, however after seeing movement they realised someone was inside.

The 45-year-old man later told police he had been trapped inside his car since December and had survived without any food. He used a sleeping bag to keep himself warm and drank only melted snow.

The man was very weak, but he was taken to hospital and is now said to be recovering well.

Doctors claim that going into a kind of hibernation may have saved his life.

Crikey. Imagine that. Makes a two hour traffic jam seem quite fun.
