Lost seal pup turns up in Skegness
A lost seal pup has travelled 3,200 km from her home in Greenland to British seaside resort, Skegness.
This is the second time the seal, named Eve, has got lost at sea – she once ended up in Germany!
After being cared for by a German seal sanctuary, wildlife experts fitted the ten-month-old pup with a GPS tracker and released her back into the wild.
But, instead of travelling back home the tracker showed Eve heading to Scotland and then onto the coast of Lincolnshire.
Skegness Nature Reserve found the little lost seal and are now hoping they can fly her back to Greenland soon.
