Lea Michele speaks out against animal testing on chimpanzees

Glee's Lea Michele has spoken out against animal testing on chimpanzees.

The singer and actress is fighting for 14 chimpanzees that were sent to a lab in Texas, USA, for animal testing that could hurt and potentially kill them.

In protest, Michele has written to the National Institutes of Health demanding that the chimps be released and moved to a sanctuary.

In the letter, Michele wrote: “As an animal protection advocate, I implore you to help 14 chimpanzees who were recently moved to a notorious Texas laboratory, where they are being used in harmful experiments.”

i agree completly it is unfair that animals are tested on especially monkeys ( they're beggining to become extinct!!!) and why monkeys why not a considered pest but i think thats cruel too only if you have to and even then not on many animals and especially that it could risk they're life! i mean what did they ever do to you?
