Lativa sells entire town - for just £2 million

The Latvian government has sold an entire town for just under £2m.

The town of Skrunda-1 was built around a former Russian anti-missile base, but the base was demolished more than ten years ago.

The abandoned town includes ten apartment blocks, a shopping centre and two nightclubs.
