Lady Gaga to wear a lettuce dress?

Animal rights activists have asked Lady Gaga to wear a dress made out of lettuce to promote vegetarianism.

Following her controversial appearance at the MTV Movie Awards 2010, where she wore a dress made of meat, it seems now Lady Gaga has been approached to wear yet another outfit made of food.

Animal rights activists have reportedly asked the Born This Way singer to wear a dress made out of lettuce during her trip to India this week.

PETA (which stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) in India, hope that by wearing the dress, the star will help promote vegetarianism.
