Lady GaGa declared most powerful celebrity

Lady GaGa has been declared as the most powerful celebrity.

Pop icon Lady GaGa has been named the most powerful celebrity on Forbes's list of the 100 most powerful celebrities, putting last year's winner, TV personality Oprah Winfrey, in second place. 

The list takes various factors into account, including earnings, coverage and the strength of their presence on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. The singer currently has 32 million Facebook fans and 10 million Twitter fans.

Justin Bieber, Simon Cowell and Elton John also made the list.
