Jessie J to have bone transplant

Singer Jessie J has been forced to hang up her high heels after having a bone transplant due to a foot injury

Jessie J has had a bone transplant after a foot injury caused by falling off stage left her crippled.

"I've had to have full reconstruction. I've had my bone taken out and someone else's put in. I hope they were a tap dancer," Jessie J joked. "I don't know when it's going to be fully healed, or if I will ever be able to wear heels again. I'll have to get an endorsement deal with a trainer company.

"I have days where I sit and cry. It's the hardest thing I've been through. I should have really spent the last three months at home but I couldn't turn down the VMAs and Glastonbury. The doctor keeps telling me to rest but I'm doing another video this week for Domino."

There are also concerns that Jessie's foot injury could interfere with her planny tour with Katy perry later this year. She said: "Katy saw me at the VMAs and said, 'You need to get the foot fixed before the tour'."

    Why are High heels so important??? She can live without them can't she. It might be difficult but she should think about her foot rather than how long its going to take until she can wear high heels again. I'm sorry but its true!!!

    I don't think that she should be upset about the high heels,she should be upset about her foot!It might never heal!:O

    You can, and it's only for really serious bone injuries.
