Israel releases Palestinian prisoners

Israel released 550 Palestinian prisoners to complete a swap deal which brought about the release of captive soldier Gilad Shalit.
French national Gilad Shalit had been held captive for six years after being captured age 19 by Hamas soliders while doing national duty.
