Is your pet left or right pawed?

Scientists have discovered that cats, dogs, birds and even goldfish are either left or right handed! Which is your pet?

  My grandparents dog is probably right handed because she is a female and is always really happy to meet people so she would wag her tail to the right!!! Both suggest that she is right handed!!! Natalie xxx

  Well, according to this it says that my cat, Amber, is right-handed. I think that it's correct because when I put my hand near her, she always puts her right paw on my hand. Well done, scientists!

  I think pets are handed! For example, I know they don't write and kick footballs like we do but let's use dogs as an example. When they're chewing on a bone or a dog chew, notice that they use their stronger paw to hold it down.
