Is Tulisa's arm gesture illegal?

X Factor judge Tulisa has come under fire for showing off her tattoo, which is also the name of her new perfume

People have complained to Ofcom, an organisation that makes sure that everyone on TV are following the rules, saying that Tulisa is illegally advertising her perfume.

Normally, people have to pay lots of money to advertise on popular TV shows. So TV presenters are not allowed to talk about their other money-making projects, unless it has been agreed.

Tulisa's tattoo says 'The Female Boss' which is also the name of her perfume. So some people say that when she points to it, she is advertising it.

Tulisa has previously been in trouble or talking about The Female Boss on the Xtra Factor.

What do you think? Is Tulisa trying to illegally advertise her perfume?

    Really? It's just a tattoo. That's strange...

That is kinda stupid, as whenever she got her tattoo, she mightn't hve known that she was going to a perfume named the same thing! Personally, i don't particularily think that it is illegal!!

Well, I can't even read the tattoo from on the TV and I have very good eyesight, so I hardly think it's that bad - and I agree with Ellie-mo, if she got the tattoo before. It's hardly a criminal offence either way. :)

It's most DEFINITELY not illegal. What, getting a tattoo? She already had it and THEN she made the company. She is just trying to be cool to show everyone she's the boss so you've got to vote for her singers.
