On Monday we arrived at Weymouth Bay holiday park at 11.30, it was very sunny so we decided to have a walk around the site. There was a small arcade, a restaurant and bar, a park which was half closed off because of building work to a new outside pool, an indoor pool, a sports field with crazy golf and a club in the evening where they put on shows.

At 3.00 we checked in, we were staying in a two-bed privately owed caravan which was right next to all the entertainment.

In the evening we went to the arcades. Me, my sister and my mum loved the 2p machines.

Every evening they also put on shows for the kids. The first shows are for the younger kids with people dressed up as the characters which they loved, I’ve never seen so many little kids sit so still before.

Later they put on shows for the older kids which involve science experiments, bands and other cool things.

On Tuesday we went to Weymouth town. It has a lovely sandy beach so we made some cool sand castles but it was a bit windy so having lunch was not much fun. We then had a walk around the town and the harbour, it was very beautiful.

On Wednesday we all went swimming, my little brother Zac, didn’t like the water very much but me and my sister love to swim.

After swimming we went for a walk down to the coast near the resort, it was a stony beach but I love to look out at the ocean.

After our walk we went and had a picnic with Bradley Bear, We each got given a picnic basket with goodies. We also had our photo taken with him, I know he’s not real but my sister loved him.

On Thursday we played crazy golf, Dad won but I am sure he cheated! We also played family bingo, this was fun but we didn’t win.

Me and my sister spent the rest of the evening playing on the arcades, you can win tickets to exchange at the gift shop, you need quite a lot of tickets to get anything good.

On Friday we went home, we had to be out of the caravan by 10.00 but we had a last go on the arcades before we left. It was great!
