How to spot an angry wasp
Scientists have figured out how you can tell if a wasp is angry.
The way to tell if a wasp is angry – and is going to sting you – is to look at its’ face, according to scientists.
The more black spots a wasp has on the face, the more bad-tempered it is.
“It's the animal version of the karate belt," said Dr Elizabeth Tibbetts, of the University of Michigan in the US.
“Someone with a black belt is better than someone with a yellow belt. It's a convention we have to signal fighting ability.”

Once I got stung by a wasp in my hand and I had to go to accident and emergency twice. I was fainting the last time! Right now I am paranoid of them. I get scared by the picture at the top!

bees are ok they can only sting once and they make honey but wasps are horrid they can sting loads and they don't make any thing

It's a good concept, but I don't want to get that close to a wasp, just to tell if it was angry! *shudders*
