Hotel used in Twilight films damaged by fire

Hotel used in Twilight films damaged by fire

A hotel, which has been used in the Twilight films in the past, has been damaged by fire.

The hotel in Oregon, USA was used as the set for the prom, which Bella attended with Edward, in the very first Twilight film.

For years the hotel has attracted countless cult fans from across the globe. Ironically, the fire itself was spotted by two teenage Twilight fans.

According to officials, the fire was caused by sparks from the hotel's chimney landing on the roof.

Unfortunately, it looks as if the hotel may be closed for business: the owners have said that they're not sure whether or not their insurance can cover the damage, and if they cannot cover the damage themselves, they will be unable to re-open the hotel for business.

See the hotel in the very first Twilight film below.
