Disney's Lone Ranger put on hold

Disney's plans to produce a big screen version of The Lone Ranger have been put on hold.

Plans for a big screen version of The Lone Ranger, starring Johnny Depp, have been put on hold because of problems with the high cost of making it. Filming was due to start in October in Mexico.
