Odyssey, the deep-sea exploration company, has been ordered by a judge to return over £315m worth of silver coins and other treasure to the Spanish government.

In 2007, Odyssey discovered what is thought to be the wreck of a ship called the Nuestra Senora de las Mercedes, off the coast of Portugal.

Odyssey has been arguing that the wreck does not belong to Spain.
