Deaf dog seeks home
The Scottish SPCA is seeking a special home for a deaf dog who has been it its care for six months.
Scotland’s animal welfare charity is caring for the eleven month old Staffordshire bull terrier, named Lewis, at its Aberdeenshire Rescue and Rehoming Centre.
Staff at the centre in Drumoak are now appealing for a committed owner to offer Lewis a permanent home where he will receive the attention he needs.
Centre Assistant Manager Debbie Innes said, “Sadly, Lewis was born deaf and, despite his happy and loving nature, has been constantly overlooked by prospective owners.
