The Australian singer revealed she would not be returning to the judging panel for the next series of the hit talent show due to the schedule conflicting with her role on Australia's Got Talent.

The audition dates for The X Factor, which are set to take place during June and July, clash with the Australia's Got Talent live shows. 

Minogue posted on Twitter: "I am so disappointed that I can't be a part of The X Factor this year... I'm going to miss the show and the amazing team."

As to who will be replacing Mingoue, Cowell and Cole on the judging panel, nothing has been officially confirmed. Reports suggest that N-Dubz's Tulisa Contostavlos and Take That's Gary Barlow are set to fill the empty seats.
