Could you be a short-story writer?

Here's a chance to be a short-story writer!

DJ Chris Evans has launched the 500 Words short story competition.

Children aged 13 and under are invited to submit a story of no more than 500 words. Entries will be judged by famous authors, including Jacqueline Wilson, Lauren Child and Charlie Higson. Winners in each category (nine and under and 10–13) will receive a pile of books as tall as Chris Evans, plus 500 books for their school library.

    Hmmm…the only thing is we had a 600 story writing comp in school and found that hard! I ended up with 650 words exact :S
