Concert in Cumbria raises money for flood relief charity

Concert in Cumbria raises money for regional charities

A concert to help victims of the recent flooding in Cumbria has raised roughly £12,000.

The event at Keswick’s Theatre by the Lake featured actor Brian Blessed and opera star Lesley Garrett. The money raised will go to the Cumbria Flood Recovery Fund, the RNLI, Lake District Search and Mountain Rescue Association, North West Air Ambulance and the RSPCA.
