City bees healthier
City bees eat healthier, found scientists
Bees that live in a city have a healthier diet than those from the country, according to research.
Researchers studied honeybee hives from ten National Trust sites around the country. The bees from farmlands showed a smaller variety of pollen than those from the cities.
The study was undertaken as part of the Bee Part of It campaign, which is being run by the BBC and the National Trust.
