Chinese government wants to ban smoking at weddings

The Chinese government has started a campaign to make sure that all weddings are free of tobacco smoke.

A ban on smoking in indoor public places was brought in last year, but cigars are still a traditional part of wedding banquets.

    Yes I agree, a wedding is a time for celebrating Marrige! Not for having a cigarette and smoking, I didn't know about you WERE allowed too! xxxx

    If it's there tradition it should be allowed, but if it's not then don't do it.

    I agree,why would want to smoke at a wedding.It is quite disrespectful and unpleasant to the bride and groom.

    I think that smoking should be banned in weddings there is NOTHING good about it !
